OVERVIEW
We aim to provide fast, reliable worldwide shipping with high-quality fulfillment standards. By placing an order with Vyra, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. Due to high demand and multiple warehouse locations, orders may be shipped separately at no additional cost.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During this time, your order is verified, packed, and prepared for shipment. Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification email with tracking details (please check your spam folder if not visible).

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times vary depending on location: United States & Canada: 7–18 business days. International orders: 10–26 business days (some regions may take up to 30 business days). Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

ORDER FULFILLMENT & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Due to multiple warehouse locations and inventory distribution, items within the same order may arrive separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders are locked for processing and cannot be changed.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update depending on the carrier.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & DELAYS
International orders may be subject to customs processing and import duties depending on your country. Vyra is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal carriers.

OUR PROMISE
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. All payments are processed securely using end-to-end encryption to protect your data. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, and the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, you may request a return within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Approved returns must be sent back to our designated return facility, which will be provided upon approval.

RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES
If your order is lost, significantly delayed beyond estimated delivery times, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
