Refund policy

How to Start a Return: To start a return, please contact us at vyrahealth.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be requested and approved first; items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your location and order details.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care, health, or ingestible products, opened or used items, sale items, and gift cards. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
